1. Understand
We begin by taking the time to understand your organization, your mission and the project you would like to develop. This includes discussing your objectives, target groups, planned activities, expected impact, financial requirements and preferred timeline. We also review your current organizational situation and any work that has already been completed. This initial stage allows us to build a clear picture of your needs and determine where our support can add the most value.
2. Assess
Once we understand your project, we evaluate how prepared your organization is to pursue public funding. We review the clarity of the project concept, the strength of the business or operating model, the proposed budget, available resources and existing documentation. We also identify possible weaknesses, eligibility concerns and information that may still be missing. Based on this assessment, we outline practical next steps and explain what should be improved before approaching a funding programme.

3. Identify
We research public-funding programmes, grants and subsidies that may be relevant to your organization and project. Each opportunity is assessed according to factors such as applicant eligibility, supported activities, geographic restrictions, funding amounts, co-financing requirements, deadlines and reporting obligations. Rather than presenting a generic list of programmes, we focus on opportunities that appear to align with your objectives, capacity and stage of development.
4. Strengthen
Before preparing an application, we help strengthen the project itself. This may involve refining the project objectives, clarifying the planned activities, developing a realistic budget and improving the implementation plan. We also help define measurable outcomes, demonstrate the environmental or social value of the project and address potential risks. The aim is to create a clear, credible and financially realistic project that can be understood and evaluated by funding authorities.

5. Prepare
Once the project and funding opportunity are aligned, we support the preparation and review of the application. We help structure the project narrative, develop the required financial information and coordinate the necessary supporting documents. We also review the application for clarity, consistency and completeness and ensure that it addresses the requirements of the relevant programme. Our role is to help present your organization and project in a professional and well-structured way, while the final funding decision remains with the responsible authority.
6. After Approval
Our support can continue after funding has been approved. We help organizations plan the allocation of funds, establish appropriate financial controls and ensure that spending remains aligned with the approved project, budget and reporting requirements. Where direct payment to the beneficiary’s local bank account is not available due to geographic, banking or currency-related restrictions, we may act as an authorized intermediary to receive and transfer the funds.

Important Information
We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved. Final decisions are made exclusively by the relevant funding authority. Our role is to help clients identify suitable opportunities, prepare strong projects and submit professional applications.
